Renowned British rapper Daniel Dumile aka MF Doom has passed away at the age of 49.
His wife Jasmine confirmed the news about his death in a post on Doom’s Instagram account.
MF Doom was known for his unique style and his performances, as he was always seen in a mask. He was a rapper, songwriter, and record producer. She mentioned in a note, “the greatest husband, father, teacher, student, business partner, lover and friend I could ever ask for”.

About MF Doom
Mr. Doom performed in the hip-hop group KMD as a teenager. In 1997, he emerged at open mic events.
After some time, he began wearing a mask during his performances based on Doctor Doom, a Marvel supervillain.
He has released 6 solo albums. He also collaborated with musicians such as Danger Mouse and Ghostface Killah. Moreover, he also appeared on BBC Radio 4 and Radio 1.
