Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband begs them to ‘put their differences aside’

Brandon Blackstock, Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband, is said to have pleaded with the singer to put their differences aside for the sake of their children.

Kelly Clarkson, on the other hand, appears to be “not ready to play nice” just yet, especially given her lengthy and traumatic divorce battle.

A source spilled the beans on this news and admitted to OK! Magazine, Blackstock “is urging Kelly to put aside their differences and celebrate the holidays together with their kids [River Rose, 7, and Remington, 5].”

As it currently stands, “She has zero desire to be on civil terms with him and isn’t ready to play nice.”

For those who are unaware, the couple split up and called it quits in 2020, after seven years of marriage.

According to a prior story, the processes were “messy and unsavory,” with Blackstock even petitioning to have their prenup annulled in order to “equally” split their assets.

On the other hand, the presiding court chose to stick to the terms of their pre-existing agreement, allowing the couple to split their earnings exclusively during their marriage.
