Sonya Hussyn broke down emotionally while receiving award at PISA

Sonya Hussyn is a talented and brilliant actress in the Pakistan showbiz industry. She has been done many popular dramas and gives her brilliant performance in all aspects of acting.

Her famous dramas include ‘Kisey Chahun’,’ Hasil’, ‘Aisi hai Tanhai’,’ Ishq Zahe Naseeb’ and ‘Mohabbat Tujhe Alvida’.

Sonya Hussyn just got her first PISA 2021 award for the drama serial Saraab.

Sonya had an emotional meltdown on stage when accepting the award for the best actress since it was her first award after being nominated 16 times in various award events.

Faryal Mehmood, who was on stage to present Sonya Hussyn with the best actress award, made a sweet gesture while consoling her on stage.

In the award-winning speech, Sonya said “Seven years of my acting career and 16 nominations, Today I am finally getting my 1st award. I can’t believe it because if you work on any social issue in Pakistan such things are not recognized”.

Sonya dedicated her award to the schizophrenia patients, as well as the production, directing, cast, and crew of her drama her mother.
