The Bollywood actress has been honest about her depression and mental health challenges, and she has done a lot to help others who are dealing with similar issues, for which she was honoured with a respected award.

The LiveLoveLaugh Foundation, which focuses on mental health awareness and provides free counselling and psychiatric care to people suffering from mental diseases, was formed by the 36-year-old actress in 2015.
