The court ruled on Friday that Kim Kardashian did not appear to damage Blac Chyna’s career.

According to documents acquired by Page Six, the 41-year-old made “no comment” that might be construed as “defamatory” about brother Rob Kardashian’s ex-girlfriend.

The court also stated that there is “no evidence” that Kim played a “responsible role” in the end of Chyna’s show “Rob & Chyna.”

Kim, Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner were sued by Chyna’s legal team for taking a “responsible part” in defaming her.

Kim received backlash after texting Keeping Up With The Kardashian producers Benim-Murray, stating that she would no longer film while Chyna was on set. Kim maintained that things between Rob and the reality star were not going well, and that seeing her brother suffer was heartbreaking.

“I will not go into a toxic work environment,” Kardashian said of her refusal to work with China. “In my own show, I have the power to do that.”
