Sources exclusively reveal that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are not legally married.

The couple, who purportedly married in Las Vegas after the Grammy Awards on Sunday, had a ceremony, but it was not legal because they never obtained a marriage certificate, according to persons familiar with the case.

“They had a ceremony, but on paper it’s not legal yet,” one insider shared Tuesday morning.

The pair never sought for or got a marriage licence or certificate, according to Clark County records.

The couple’s representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Page Six.

The wedding for the hot-and-heavy pair was full of Vegas kitsch, featuring an Elvis Presley officiant.

The One Love Chapel appears to have made an exception for the A-listers, as its website states that it will not perform a ceremony without a marriage licence.

Given that Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker pretended to elope in Vegas for fun, a genuine wedding could be on the horizon. Kardashian, 42, and Barker, 46, are planning “several” further events with “lots of fanfare,” according to TMZ, which first broke the wedding news but then backtracked.

This will be the first marriage for the former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star, while it will be Barker’s third.

Kardashian and ex-husband Scott Disick have three children together, while Barker has two children with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.

After dating for nearly nine months, Kardashian and Barker got engaged with a beachfront proposal in October 2021.

The musician proposed to his girlfriend at the Rosewood Miramar Beach hotel, which was decked up in red roses and white candles.

He was dressed in a black and white striped shirt with dark slacks, while the reality personality was dressed in a flowing black gown.

Kardashian started IVF, according to a teaser from the Kardashian family’s new Hulu series.
