Paul Bettany Teases His Marvel Return

All actors that helped bringing the MCU’s first movie Iron Man to life in 2008, and mostly none of them have stayed with the franchise longer than Paul Bettany. From very starting off as the AI system JARVIS before playing Vision in three more movies, Bettany has recently played the role in last year’s Wanda Vision on Disney with Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch. 

Series apparently brought Vision’s story to an end after around 13 years with the MCU, as the android vanish away into nothing when Wanda took down her Hex surrounded by Westview, New Jersey. As there’s a different version of Vision out there in the world after his original body was made into White Vision by the folks at SWORD.

Vision’s uncertain status for the MCU’s future is that, Bettany hasn’t been shy away showing what could happen to role, or should he be brought back for more.

Thanks to a recent chat with the MCU veteran, there might be reason to expect the franchise regular to suit up for another go at some point.

During one interview WandaVision star Paul Bettany at first, the longtime star jokingly said “Absolutely not,” even after admitting that there was no salary that would make him think about doing it, “Absolutely not! Not for any kind of money at all. I can’t even think of a figure.”

“No, the honest answer to that is — well maybe it’s not the honest answer, but it’s the answer I’m going to give you and you’ll just have to cope with it — at the end of WandaVision, you see Vision fly off and that’s a loose end. And Kevin Feige is a man who doesn’t really allow loose ends. So I assume at some point I will be putting on my tights and cloak for another outing, but I don’t know when that might be.”
