Prince Harry needed Prince William after Diana’s death

Tina Brown sees Prince Harry, a fiery Spencer like his mother, as a major loss, not only to royal firepower but also to his brother.

“One of his close individuals told me that everyone speaks about how much Harry needed William, and he did, but William also needed Harry because all those buddies you think are so real, well, they still know you’re going to be king,” Tina told The Telegraph Magazine.

Only William’s wife and his brother will be honest with him.

“And Harry could make fun of his brother and bring him back down to earth.” According to what I’ve heard, William relied on it. William was on the verge of becoming pompous, and Harry wasn’t about to let that happen.”
