The music magnate transformed his looks by adhering to a stringent workout regimen that sparked public interest.

According to Mirror, Cowell recently spoke up about his miraculous physical transformation, which saw him shed inches off his waist while also disclosing his top diet tips for staying in shape and looking skinny.
After starting a health kick before the Coronavirus outbreak and sticking to it amid lockdowns and quarantining, the Britain’s Got Talent judge shed four inches off his waist.

After viewing photos of himself from four years ago, when he was a little more stocky, the 62-year-old television personality has pledged to never consume sweets, dairy, or gluten again.

According to Cowell, “It’s true that removing all of stuff has made a difference.

“Ironically, I was exercising by riding my bike. Every day, I ran ten or eleven miles.

“Despite the fact that it is an electric bike, I would leave it turned off until I needed it.

It’s the most enjoyable approach to workout.

“It’s a mix of all of those things. It energises you and improves your mood.

“I thought to myself, ‘Oh christ,’ when I glanced at a photo of myself from four years ago.

“The diet I was on at the time… phew.”

And everyone believes I’ve got a gastric band, but I’ve never had one.”
