During her most recent official engagement at Windsor, Prince Harry’s grandmother appeared to be in good health.

On Thursday, Queen Elizabeth II met with Switzerland’s president and his wife at Windsor Castle, becoming the first British monarch to rule for seven decades.

The 95-year-old is said to have responded to her grandson Prince Harry’s concerns about the king following his unexpected visit to the UK.

The Duke f Sussex, who paid his grandmother a rare and surprise visit for tea at Windsor Castle las month with his wife Meghan Markle, said in an interview with NBC’s “Today” show, “I’m just making sure she’s protected and got the right people around her.”

During her first official engagement since a week-long respite on the Sandringham estate, the Monarch was all smiles and stood unassisted, smiling enthusiastically for photographs with Cassis and his wife Paola.

After a week at her Sandringham estate in Norfolk, eastern England, where she celebrated her 96th birthday in seclusion on April 21, the Queen returned to Windsor Castle in a good and cheerful mood.

In the run-up to the UK-wide celebrations for her Platinum Jubilee in early June, Prince Harry’s grandmother met face-to-face with Switzerland’s president and his wife.
