Benedict says the “kind of markers” in Doctor Strange are odd

• English actor Benedict Cumberbatch has mentioned playing numerous incarnations of his favorite character Doctor Strange.

In “Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness,” English actor Benedict Cumberbatch has mentioned playing numerous incarnations of his favorite character Doctor Strange. The usage of stunt doubles or stand-ins as “kind of markers” struck him as peculiar.

Cumberbatch said that playing many different Doctor Strange characters was exciting, but he also said that it was hard.

Benedict Cumberbatch stated, “I literally have one scene with another version of myself, a very crucial scene near the end, where we meet Sinister Strange, as we nicknamed him. It’s complicated. It’s hard. It’s a very odd day at the office. “

He added, “You’re working with somebody else’s stand-in or a stunt double. And you’re having to remember your performance even though you’re using them as a sort of marker for where they are, where you were. It’s very odd. But it’s something through the post and everything else that we’ve managed to finesse and get right. And it’s fun.“

The movie, which is being directed by Sam Raimi, is a follow-up to 2016’s “Doctor Strange,” which starred Benedict Cumberbatch as Stephen Strange, aka Doctor Strange. In the movie, Cumberbatch meets America Chavez (Xochitl Gomez), a special adolescent who has the ability to open doors from one universe to another, and the new adventure of Doctor Strange starts.
