Celebrities mourn over the death of  legendary singer KK

The tragic death of popular musician KK on May 31 shocked and saddened the entire nation. The musician, also known as Krishnakumar Kunnath, died at the age of 53, just a few days after singing live in a concert in Kolkata, West Bengal.

According to reports, the singer became ill while singing at Kolkata’s Nazrul Manch. He was rushed to a private hospital, where he was confirmed dead, according to reports. Pal, Khuda Jaane, and Dil Ibaadat are some of his most well-known songs. The movie industry has also offered its sympathy.

Ranveer Singh reacted on social media and posted a broken heart expression next to KK’s photo. Vicky Kaushal scribbled a letter that read, “Your magical voice will live on forever; Thank you for your evergreen songs. RIP KK!” On Instagram, Rajkummar Rao shared his surprise and Mira Rajput, Shahid Kapoor’s wife, expressed her grief over KK’s passing.

KK’s first album, Pal, was released in 1999 for the uninitiated. The song is still a fan favourite among music fans in the country after two decades. He went on to sing in a number of films and have chart-topping hits.
