- Keith is scheduled to perform at the Ribfest in Illinois on June 17.
Toby Keith had gallbladder surgery about a decade ago and had to cancel some of his gigs as a result. After suffering from significant discomfort for an unknown period of time, the Oklahoma native underwent surgery in July 2012.

Keith has 42 Top 10 successes, 32 No. 1 songs, and has sold 40 million albums since first becoming famous in the early 1990s. He’s performed hundreds of gigs for US troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as at events for Presidents Donald Trump, Barack Obama, and George W. Bush.
Keith and Tricia Lucus, his 38-year-old wife, have three children and four grandkids.

Fred Rogers, who was most known for his role on Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, died of stomach cancer in 2003 at the age of 74. Actor Ken Watanabe, fashion designer Liz Claiborne, and Hollywood icon John Wayne are among the celebrities who have faced the disease.
