Varun Dhawan admits he was “dying” to film with Kiara Advani

The actor spoke candidly about working with Kiara on JugJugg Jeeyo in a recent media interview. Varun said he was dying to collaborate with the actress.”We did one song, and it did so well. So I just wanted to work with her as an actor and felt that our Jodi or pair didn’t get the limelight they needed or the platform. So this was perfect for both of us,” the actor stated. The actor claimed that Raj Mehta was approached for JugJugg Jeeyo. He said that they were unable to decide whether to make a movie since they were caught up in the COVID-19 pandemic. Since Raj (Mehta) had worked on Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Badrinath Ki Dulhania, he claimed to be somewhat familiar with Raj. Varun further noted, “I have a friend who is very close to Raj, and he told me about the JugJugg Jeeyo script and asked me to speak with him. But, I got to know that Raj was hesitant to talk to me about this film; he wasn’t sure if I would be keen on doing it. “

Later, the actor said that he had contacted Raj and yelled at him twice or three times, “Are you mad?” If you have something good please come to me.” After that, Varun went to Raj and got the script, which is how he got the part.
