DSP and Yo Yo Honey Singh collaborate in Salman Khan’s Bhaijaan

Despite a few films, Salman Khan’s movies have had successful music albums over the past decade. The movie Bhaijaan, directed by Farhad Samji and set to come out on December 30, 2022, is currently being made, and SK is in it.

The media has previously reported that DSP has joined the project. Salman has commissioned DSP, a.k.a., Devi Sri Prasad, to write a unique, upbeat song for this action-comedy. It is DSP and Yo Yo Honey Singh’s first time working together.

“It’s a dance number marking the unique collaboration of DSP with Yo Yo Honey Singh. The makers have already recorded the song and some who have heard it insist that it would be an earworm for the audience. It’s a merger of peppy beats with a bit of rap by Yo Yo Honey Singh,” according to a source familiar with the development. The music from DSP’s most recent album, Pushpa: The Rise, has taken the country by storm. He is also putting the finishing touches on Pushpa’s forthcoming album, The Rule.

While DSP and Salman collaborated on the smash hit Dhinka Chika from Ready, which was followed by songs from Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, Jai Ho, and Radhe, Yo Yo Honey Singh, and Salman worked together on the adored Yaar Na Miley from Kick. Speaking of Bhaijaan, it stars Salman Khan, Venkatesh, and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, along with a supporting cast that includes Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Palak Tiwari, and Raghav. The crew just finished a demanding schedule in Hyderabad and will pick up shooting in Mumbai shortly.

In Hyderabad, they filmed two songs, one of which also includes a cameo from Ram Charan. According to reports, the film is an action-entertainment hybrid of the action, comedy, romance, and drama genres. Farhad Samji is the film’s director, and Salman Khan Films (SKF) is the producer. Along with DSP, Ravi Basrur, who is also responsible for the film’s background score, contributed a composition to the album.

Salman Khan is anticipated to begin filming the comedic caper No Entry 2 with Anil Kapoor and Fardeen Khan after finishing Bhaijaan. It’s under Anees Bazmee’s direction.
