She said: “We’ve done every form of therapy that exists. We found a therapist that really works for us, couples and individually.

“It’s definitely a process. It’s not an easy one. Some of it’s really difficult.

“Our therapist said a relationship is basically the process of breaking each other down, but most people don’t have the tools to build each other back up, to rebuild. And so it’s a constant of process of suffering and passion and love and the repeat cycles.

“So, we’re just learning that and navigating that, doing that together. There’s lots of all of those things all of the time.”

After MGK, real name Colson Baker, revealed he had put a loaded shotgun in his mouth, the 36-year-old made the remarks.

It occurred during a heated phone call to Megan in July 2020, when he was still processing his father’s passing.

He claimed he started to feel “wild paranoia” while she was gone in Bulgaria filming a movie.

“I wouldn’t leave my room and I started getting really, really, really dark. Megan went to Bulgaria to shoot a movie and I started getting this really wild paranoia,” he said.

“Like, I kept getting paranoid that someone was gonna come and kill me.”

The singer for Bloody Valentine claimed that he used to snooze with a shotgun next to his bed and that on the day of the phone call, he actually “snapped.”

“I called Megan. I was like, ‘You aren’t here for me.’ I’m in my room and I’m, like, freaking out on her. Dude, I put the shotgun in my mouth,” the 32-year-old added.

“And I’m yelling on the phone, and like, the barrel’s in my mouth.

“I go to cock the shotgun and the bullet, as it comes back up, the shell just gets jammed. Megan’s like dead silent.”

In his recently released Life In Pink documentary on Hulu, MGK made the admission.

A distraught MGK announced to his fans that he would be stepping away from social media and the spotlight at the time of his father’s passing.
