Ingredients

1. Half cup methi dana(fenugreek)

2. Oil (200ml)

Method

Methi dana, soak Feugreek) soaks up 8 to 10 hours in water. Drain it after 8 to 10 hours, wrap it in a thin cloth (malmal), and hang it wherever you like. After two days, when the roots begin to emerge, remove. Place it in a try and give it another day to dry. Methi dana (fenugreek) should be well ground in a grinder before being soaked in your preferred oil. After two weeks, stir it well and begin using. Gently massage the oil into your roots, then wait six to eight hours. You’ll discover the best outcomes in one or two months.
