Kate Moss, ex-girlfriend of Johnny might not agree to testify in his favor in the trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard. Johnny Depp’s attorney Camille Vasquez is worried about this.
Vasquez claims that the model has “nothing to gain to testify” in the upcoming documentary Johnny vs. Amber: The US Trial, which is based on the widely reported defamation trial of the ex-couple.
The lawyer says in the preview, “I hoped we’d be able to convince Kate Moss to testify but everything I knew about Kate indicated she likely wouldn’t.”
She said, “Because she’s an extremely private person and she has nothing to gain to testify.”
The former boyfriend of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor testified during the shocking trial, disputing Heard’s claims that Depp knocked her to the ground.
When she was on vacation with Depp in Jamaica, Moss said in a virtual appearance before the court that she did tumble down a flight of steps, but Johnny just assisted her in getting up and did not push her.
On September 20th, Discovering+ is expected to air the two-part docuseries.
