‘Slumberland’ character promises unimaginable adventures

This month, Netflix will premiere the upcoming film Slumberland, for which fresh character posters have recently been unveiled.

The new fantasy film will explore a magical realm populated by fantastical beings. On the new posters, Nemo, Pig, Flip, and Agent Green are depicted in detail.

Nemo (Marlow Barkley), whose father is lost at sea, is a clever young girl in Slumberland whose father is lost at sea.

Nemo leaves her lovely life in a lighthouse with her father in the Pacific Northwest to live with her uncle Phillip (Chris O’Dowd) in the cold, dreary metropolis.

Nemo is uncomfortable in her new environment and habit. One night, she is taken to the magical kingdom of Slumberland, where a new magical friend named Flip (Jason Momoa) accompanies her through an entirely new world of discovery.

Nemo, Flip, and her stuffed animal, Pig, will scour the vast terrain of Slumberland for her missing father.

The new character posters provide a glimpse of the fantastical characters featured in the next film.

Flip is illustrated with goat horns and a thick coat. He holds a map in his hands and gestures toward a fresh adventure just beyond the spectator.

He is backed by a futuristic metropolis. The second poster depicts Weruche Opia sporting a green houndstooth suit, a badge, and shades.

The third character poster depicts Pig, the plush pig, crammed into Nemo’s bag. A character poster depicting Nemo and Pig exploring Slumberland was also released.

Francis Lawrence directs Slumberland, which was written by David Guion and Michael Handelman.

Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, David Ready, and Lawrence produce the picture. Executive producing the picture are Guion, Handelman, and Ray Angelic.

Kyle Chandler, India de Beaufort, and Humberly González round out the cast.

The new video suggests that Slumberland could be a tearjerker in addition to being a family-friendly film.

So be sure to have some tissues handy. The premiere date for Slumberland on Netflix is November 18, 2022.
