The outspoken singer Chinmayi Sripaada recently criticized trolls on social media for making sexual comments about Nayanthara.

On Instagram, several fans made crude comments about Nayanthara’s most recent appearance at the Connect screening. Through her Instagram account, the singer reacted angrily to such comments.

A media outlet broadcast a video of Nayanthara from a Connect screening and called attention to the sexual comments on it, according to a video that Chinmayi Sripaada shared. She also criticized the media outlet for limiting her ability to react to the article.

The singer posted the following on her Instagram story: “I AM WONDERING – WERE ALL THESE MEN BREASTFED OR NOT? I WONDER WHAT LL HAPPEN IF THESE MEN HAVE DAUGHTERS. NO WONDER SO MANY MOTHERS WANT THEIR DAUGHTERS TO WEAR A DUPPATTA AROUND THEIR OWN SONS AND HUSBANDS. DO THEY KNOW THAT MEN WILL SEXUALIZE AND CANNOT CONTROL THEIR PHEEELINGS EVEN IF IT IS THEIR OWN DAUGHTER / SISTER?.”

In her stories, she also made note of the media outlet’s deletion of a sex educator’s comment while allowing insulting remarks about Nayanthara to remain on the site.

For the uninitiated, a few Netizens made derogatory remarks about Nayanthara after she showed up at the screening of her most recent movie, Connect. For the Chennai premiere of her movie, the female superstar wore a mauve turtleneck top and a floral skirt and looked ethereal.

Connect, directed by Ashwin Saravanan, also features Sathyaraj, Anupam Kher, Vinay Rai, and Haniya Nafis in pivotal parts. Anupam Kher’s return to Tamil cinema is marked with the movie Connect, which was financed by Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan’s production company Rowdy Pictures.
