Christina Ricci finalizes divorce from James Heerdegen

• Ricci will maintain her earnings and residuals and was represented by Samantha Spector.
• Heerdegen will retain his Subaru and stuff.
• His ex-wife will give him $189,687.The “Casper” actor will pay for Freddie’s schooling and medical treatment, which she will decide.

Christina Ricci and James Heerdegen have separated after two years.

TMZ said Tuesday that the “Yellowjackets” actress would maintain their California mansion but sell their NYC flat.

Ricci will maintain her earnings and residuals and was represented by Samantha Spector. Heerdegen will retain his Subaru and stuff. His ex-wife will give him $189,687.

The “Casper” actor will pay for Freddie’s schooling and medical treatment, which she will decide.

Spector didn’t answer  for comment right away.

Ricci, who is 42 years old, asked for a divorce from Heerdegen in the summer of 2020, claiming that Heerdegen hit her. Heerdegen asked for a temporary restraining order against the actress a few months later, but a judge said no.

Mark Hampton and Ricci got married in October of 2021. Two months after that, they had a daughter named Cleo.

Even though the “Addams Family” star got over her divorce emotionally, she said she had to sell all of her handbags to pay for the split.

“I have a few things, a few bags, that I have put together. I used to have a lot of Chanel handbags, but I sold a lot of them.
When asked what led to the purge, Ricci said, “Some life traumas, like financial traumas, long court cases, custody battles, and fighting restraining orders, go along with certain life traumas.”

She went on, “That being said, I’m doing great, there’s no problem. But I learned different ways to use these investment pieces. I also had a collection of Chanel fine jewelry that I used.”
