Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert are ‘okay’ after horrific accident

• Derek Hough and Hayley Erbert claimed to have been in a car accident on December 12.
• Erbert published a brand-new video on Instagram on Friday, captioning it.
• “Derek and I got into a fairly nasty automobile accident in the mountains.”

The couple’s journey to the ER, the damage to their car, and Erbert, 28, getting stitches in her forehead are all shown on the footage of the incident’s aftermath.

The frightening aspect, according to Derek Hough, 37, was that Hayley had no memory of anything. She was confused thereafter and cheerfully advised that we continue to dinner while her face was covered in blood.

When the pair left the emergency room, they decided to reward themselves with some snacks. One of the worst things about tonight, according to Erbert, was how challenging it was to consume her candies.

Erbert replied, pointing to the freshly stitched area on her forehead, “It’s taken me a very long time to chew it because it aches because of this area.” “Bummer.” The former contestants of Dancing with the Stars wrote in the post that they are “very grateful for everything.”

First, Erbert noted in the caption that no other parties were involved. “Second, the prompt paramedic reaction. Last but not least, that we both survived and that I only had minor injuries, including a swollen face and four stitches above my eyebrow.”

Hough was seen outside on Friday morning and seemed upbeat.
