Kate Middleton left in ‘tears’ as Prince William changes New Year’s plans

A brand new year is almost upon us – and that means the biggest party night of the year is just days away.

Friends and families will be coming together to bid farewell to 2022 and usher in what will hopefully be a peaceful 2023.

People thought the same thing about the Prince and Princess of Wales before they got married in 2006.

The two didn’t spend Christmas together, but it’s thought that they have big plans for the New Year.

But a book says that Prince William changed his plans at the last minute, which made Kate cry so much that she worried about their relationship.

Katie Nicholl says in her 2011 book, The Making of a Royal Romance, that William promised Kate he would spend Christmas with her family. However, he decided to stay with his family instead, and he called Kate on Christmas Day to tell her.

Katie writes: “William had been having second thoughts and sat down with his father and his grandmother to have a frank discussion about his future with Kate. Both advised him not to hurry into anything.”

A few weeks later, in 2007, Kate and William broke up for a short time, and sources later said that the Queen was sad about it.

But it didn’t seem like the breakup would last long because a few weeks later, William and Kate were seen kissing at an army party in Bovington, Dorset.

And in July 2007, Kate and her brother James were seen at the Concert for Diana, which was held at Wembley to mark 10 years since Princess Diana’s death.

It didn’t take long for them to confirm that their relationship was back on. Kate moved into William’s Clarence House apartment, where he would come home from military duty on Friday nights, and the rest, as they say, is history.

This is because the couple got engaged in 2010 and got married in April 2011.
