A temporary restraining order has been issued against the man who was discovered shirtless outside the Los Angeles residence of Billie Eilish.

According to the media, a judge ordered Raymond Black to cease harassing the 21-year-old “Bad Boy” singer and her home and to keep at least 100 yards away from them.

According to the source, Black is also forbidden from going near Maggie Baird and Patrick O’Connell, Eilish’s parents.

The judge cited “a credible threat of violence or stalking” as the reason for the restraining order.

Black allegedly stood outside Eilish’s living room window when she got home on Monday night without a shirt on.

The man was apparently staring at her through the glass when she turned on the lights.

Police searched the area after the seven-time Grammy winner dialled 911, and Black was apprehended nearby.

According to reports, the alleged stalker watched over Eilish’s house last year as it was being built. In search of the singer, he also unexpectedly showed up at her parents’ house.

More than a month ago, the “Ocean Eyes” singer requested a different restraining order against Christopher Anderson, 39, for reportedly breaking into her family’s house many times.

The male suspect is claimed to have allegedly jumped a fence on the property, according to a reporter. It’s not obvious what was taken.

In an earlier statement, O’Connell asserted that Anderson had visited his Los Angeles home many times since late December to express his love for his daughter.

According to the media, Eilish was given a temporary restraining order against Anderson on January 18.

The “Everything I Wanted” singer has previously had to exercise additional caution. As people started congregating outside of her house, she once decided to employ a security guard.

“It was really traumatizing,” Eilish told Rolling Stone in 2019. “I completely don’t feel safe in my house anymore, which sucks. I love my house.”

“I’ve loved attention my whole life, but I don’t think anyone knows what fame actually is,” she added. “Because if I did want to be famous, it wasn’t this kind.”
