The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California hosted the 34th Producers Guild of America Awards on February 25, 2023, celebrating the greatest producers of 2022’s movies and television shows.

The nominees included Everything Everywhere All at Once, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Andor, Avatar: The Way of Water, and many more hits from the year 2022.

As the event underwent, the sci-fi dramedy from A24, “Everything Everywhere All at Once”, was the movie that took away the biggest award of the night, the Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures.

Tom Cruise received the David O. Selznick Award from the guild that evening for his remarkable work as a producer during his long and illustrious career. A producer or producing duo is honoured with the Selznick Achievement Award for “their exceptional body of work in motion movies”. Previous winners include Kevin Feige, Brian Grazer, David Heyman, Mary Parent, Barbara Broccoli, Steven Spielberg, and Barbara Broccoli.

The White Lotus of HBO won the Norman Felton Award for Best Producer of Episodic Television, the top prize for TV drama, while The Bear of FX won the Danny Thomas Award for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television – Humor.
