In the recent days, Priyanka Chopra has been pictured at a number of high-profile events, including a party in Los Angeles attended by Oprah Winfrey, Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, and other Hollywood stars, as well as the unveiling of a star for husband-singer Nick Jonas’ band the Jonas Brothers on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Priyanka recently made headlines as well after discussing the birth of her daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas in a fresh interview. Priyanka is one of the most well-known Indian actors in the world today. However, the actor has already discussed feeling “utterly unimportant” in a previous interview.

Following her victory as Miss World 2000, Priyanka entered the acting world and made her acting debut in the Tamil film Thamizhan (2002). This was followed by her debut in Bollywood, The Hero: Love Story of a Spy (2003). In a 2004 interview, Priyanka Chopra said how it was “chilling 3 degrees Celsius” during a movie shoot near Manali when she witnessed an elderly guy remove his wool cap and put it around a young child who was probably sick as they crossed a river on a mule. The episode, according to Priyanka, made her feel as though she “hadn’t done enough for anyone in life.”

“Recently, I was standing on this one mountain by myself as I was photographing at the Rohtang Pass near Manali. I had never seen such magnificence as the area around me, which seemed to go on forever. I noticed a river when I peered down. Along with a young youngster riding a mule, a man in his 70s attempted to cross it. The youngster was sneezing and coughing, so I assumed he was ill. I then observed the elderly man wrap the infant in his own wool cape after removing it. The man endured the bitter cold—3 degrees Celsius—simply to keep the youngster warm. This scene left me feeling absolutely unimportant.

She had also added, “We want to pretend to be God even though we are such a tiny part of the cosmos. Additionally, we keep repeating the phrase “I, me, and I.” That is terribly tragic. We must exert ourselves and perform our part fully.”

Love Again, starring Sam Heughan and Celine Dion, is one of Priyanka’s next ventures. She also has the upcoming Russo Brothers television series Citadel on Prime Video. In the ‘action-packed spy series’ that is advertised as spanning the world and intended to launch spinoff series set in nations like India, Spain, and Mexico, she will be featured with Richard Madden.
