Richa Chadha is wearing a classic choti by Naseeb Apna Apna

Ali Fazal, her actor-husband, is spending the day in Los Angeles and Richa Chadha has the funniest Valentine’s Day message for him. Richa performed in a maroon saree while wearing the legendary braid worn by Raadhika Sarathkumar in the original version of the Naseeb Apna Apna song Bhala Hai Bura Hai Jaisa Bhi Hai. She seemed sad throughout the performance.

Richa captioned the video she posted on Instagram, “Heh @alifazal9, my dear valentine. Harry Rajput64 provided the HMU (hair and makeup), while @deny Rajput took the photos (me). Bye.”

Ali Fazal reacted to the video with a long “Hahahahahahhaahahhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha”. Casting director Kavish Sinha wrote, “Hahahaahahahaha. Naseeb apna apna behen!” Actor Mini Mathur wrote, “aaaaaahahahaahahabahahaaahahahahahahahah richaaaaaaa.” Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma also commented, “Hahahahahaha you are mad.” Actor Kubbra Sait wrote, “Hahahhahahahhahahahahhahahahaha PAAAGAL HO TUM DONO (you two are mad).” Actor Manisha Koirala called Richa “madhy” and actor Aditya Seal wrote, “Hahaha, I love it.” Actor Vishakha Singh wrote, “Haahahhaahahahahaaaaaaahaaaa! Now waiting for @alifazal9 to match this! On another note – someone cast @therichachadha in an 80s saga!” Actor Sudhanshu Pandey called it “Aaj ki best reel”.

It was dubbed “the coolest thing on the internet today” by a fan. “That antenna to connect with Devta (God),” another person wrote.

Anuradha Paudwal and Kavita Krishnamurthy were the singers of the original Bhala Hai Bura Hai Jaisa Bhi Hai song. Farah Naaz appeared in the 1986 movie Naseeb Apna Apna alongside Rishi Kapoor, Farah, Radhika, and Amrish Puri.

While Ali Fazal is at work in the US, Richa is filming for the online series Heeramandi in India. In October of last year, Richa and Ali hosted a lavish wedding reception in Mumbai. In Lucknow, they also celebrated their marriage according to custom.

Manisha Koirala, Aditi Rao Hydari, Sonakshi Sinha, and Fardeen Khan are also featured in the Sanjay Leela Bhansali-directed film Heeramandi. Along with the original members of Fukrey 3, Richa is also returning. Ali Fazal would not, however, appear in the movie. Richa, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Sharma, Manjot Singh, and Pankaj Tripathi are the only cast members. On September 7, it will open in theatres.
