Ranbir Kapoor shows off his sculpted abs in shirtless photos

On March 8, Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar was released, and it had a strong opening weekend—the best ever for an Indian romantic comedy. In the movie, which features Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in a novel pairing, Ranbir appeared buff and went shirtless to show off his six-pack abs. Shivoham, the actor’s personal trainer, has now explained how Ranbir underwent a grueling training regimen to get that look.

Shivoham, Ranbir’s personal trainer, posted two shirtless images of the actor looking ripped on Instagram. He congratulated the actor for having incredible discipline and dedication to acquire this appearance in the caption. What you see is a real illustration of a dedicated, disciplined lifestyle, the author stated. Because it’s a team effort, it’s impossible to participate halfheartedly and have such great outcomes. The number one reason you reach your goals and what makes you stand out from the competition is the Desire to wake up and do what is necessary, not the nutrition, supplements, or training. Training sessions at 4 a.m., 11:30 p.m., or even occasionally finding time in between  shoots, Ranbir has done it all.”

Ranbir was lauded by Shivoham for managing his personal and professional lives. In November of last year, the actor and his actress-wife Alia Bhatt had a daughter, Raha. Shivoham went on to say “juggling both his personal and professional lives. These are beliefs that are ingrained in you and conditioning that you take up from your parents and the people you surround yourself with; you cannot learn all of these things by reading books. Brother, I’m so proud of you. I can’t wait to reveal “THE ANIMAL” appearance to the world next (fingers crossed and red heart emoticons).”

On its debut day in India, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar generated revenue of 15.73 crore rupees net. The movie, which marks Ranbir and Shraddha Kapoor’s debut collaboration, outperformed Jab Harry Met Sejal, starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma, on its first day of release to record the highest opening for a romantic comedy in India (2017).

Animal is one of the forthcoming movies starring Rashmika Mandanna and Ranbir. The movie, which will be released later this year, also stars Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor.
