Last night, designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla held a lavish party to celebrate the premiere of their fashion film Mera Noor Hai Mashhoor. In addition to a massive collection of handcrafted clothing and accessories, the film also features original music. The inclusive project, which featured Huma Qureshi and Aashim Gulati, had a cast of more than 40 people who wore 150 different outfits. Radhika Merchant, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Neetu Kapoor, Uorfi Javed, Sonali Bendre, Neha Dhupia with Angad Bedi, Sussanne Khan with Arslan Goni, Natasa Stankovic, and Gurfateh Pirzada, among others, attended the event as well. For the grand event, each celebrity selected designs by Sandeep Khosla and Abu Jani.

Neetu Kapoor

Neetu Kapoor stole the show at the fashion film premiere hosted by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla in an ice-blue creation from their own label. The star chose a kurta with full-length sleeves, a scoop neckline, and a flowy silhouette that was embroidered with intricate Chikankari work and sequins. She added an asymmetric skirt, a net dupatta with a lot of embroidery, a stunning neckpiece, silver strap heels, statement rings, side-parted hairdo, and minimal makeup to the ensemble.

Uorfi Javed

At the party last night, Uorfi Javed stood out in an Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla sheer illusion blouse and statement-making saree. The social media sensation wore a pre-draped red chiffon saree with a floor-grazing hem, a long pleated pallu, a low rise waistline, a thigh-high slit, and the designers’ film. The final touches were a sheer blouse with red gemstones on it, killer high heels, an extravagant headdress with jewels, matching earrings, open tresses, and bold makeup choices.

Natasa Stankovic

At their party last night, Natasa Stankovic, who wore ethereal designs by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla for her wedding to Hardik Pandya in Udaipur, wore a similar glamorous ensemble by the designers. She paired a gold bustier blouse with a corseted bodice, sheer net straps, a sweetheart neckline, gold tassel embellishments, and a statement black net saree with ruffles and shimmering sequins. The look was completed with minimal makeup and open-parted, curly tresses in the middle.

Huma Qureshi

Huma Qureshi attended Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla’s party in an ivory free-flowing gown with full-length bead-embroidered sleeves, a thigh-high slit, a plunging neckline that revealed a silver embellished bralette, and raised embellished collars. High heels embellished in silver, a center-parted bun, bold eye makeup, and rose lipstick completed the look.

Jaya Bachchan and Shweta Bachchan

Abu and Sandeep’s party was attended by Jaya Bachchan as well as her daughter, Shweta Bachchan. The seasoned actor picked a yellow chikankari kurti with round neckline, full sleeves, scalloped borders, sequin embellishments, and intricate embroidery. She paired it with yellow palazzo pants, a neck scarf, layered necklaces, a gold clutch, delicate earrings, and rings.

In the meantime, Shweta Bachchan went to the party in a bodycon midi dress with gold and beige embellishments. It has a midi-length hemline, quarter-length sleeves, a figure-hugging silhouette, a back slit, dori ties on the back embellished with tassels, a satin belt to cinch the waist, and a high-rise neckline. To complete her glam ensemble, she wore high heels, a Chanel drawstring bag, dangling earrings, a messy bun with a center part, bold red lips, and smokey eye shadow.

Arslan Goni and Sussanne Khan went to the party together. Sussanne chose a silver mini dress with a plunging neckline, scalloped mini hem length, embroidered burnt orange and yellow flowers, and embellished metallic sequins. It was completed with side-parted open tresses, gold block heels, hoop earrings, a small handbag, and minimal makeup.

Sonali Bendre

Sonali Bendre wore a wine-red anarkali suit to the party. An anarkali kurti, churidar pants, and a dupatta with matching gold sequin embellishments in abstract patterns make up the regal ensemble. Wine-red lips, smokey eyes, blushed dewy skin, side-parted wavy hair, a silver potli bag, hoop earrings, and pointed high heels were her finishing touches that elevated the ensemble.
