Meghan Markle cut off Prince William after pointing fingers at Duchess

Prince William directed accusatory remarks at Meghan Markle during her time in the UK allegedly.

According to reports, the Duke of Cambridge expressed his displeasure when Meghan conversed with Kate Middleton about her experiences with “hormones” and having a “baby brain” following the birth of Prince Louis.

In the account presented in Prince Harry’s book ‘Spare,’ it is stated that Prince William responded to Meghan’s comments by pointing a finger at her and asserting, “Well, it’s rude, Meghan. These things are not done here.”

In purported response, Meghan is said to have retorted, “If you don’t mind, keep your finger out of my face.”

During a Netflix documentary, ‘Harry & Meghan,’ Meghan herself acknowledged the cultural differences she encountered.

Recalling an initial interaction with Kate and William, she shared, “When Will and Kate came over, and I met her for the first time, they came over for dinner, I remember I was in ripped jeans and I was barefoot. I was a hugger. I’ve always been a hugger, I didn’t realise that that is really jarring for a lot of Brits.”

Meghan continued, “I guess I started to understand very quickly that the formality on the outside carried through on the inside. There is a forward-facing way of being, and then you close the door and go ‘You can relax now,’ but that formality carries over on both sides. And that was surprising to me.”

This portrayal of events underscores the challenges and adjustments Meghan encountered as she navigated the cultural norms and expectations within the British royal family.
