Piers Morgan slams Prince Harry for words made in Netflix series

TV presenter Piers Morgan has retaliated against Prince Harry’s statement in his new Netflix series, where the Duke of Sussex claimed to have received ‘no support’ for his mental health struggles after his Afghanistan tour.

Morgan responded on Twitter to an article on mailplus.co.uk, which stated, “Harry claims he had ‘no support’ for his mental health issues after Afghanistan tour in his new Netflix series… despite previously telling one interviewer how much his brother had helped him.”

A prominent critic of Meghan and Harry, Piers Morgan wrote, “Are recollections varying again? So sick of this spoiled twerp constantly playing the victim – and lying about the support he got.”

Morgan’s criticism comes after Prince Harry revealed in the Netflix series that he had taken part in sorties against the Taliban during his second tour of duty in Afghanistan as a gunner in Apache attack helicopters.

During this time, he was known in the military as Captain Harry Wales. His deployment followed the global publication of pictures depicting him in Las Vegas, where he was seen frolicking naked with a woman.
