Taapsee Pannu Reveals Principles SRK Holds Related to His Craft

Actor Taapsee Pannu has shared an important lesson she learned from her Dunki co-star Shah Rukh Khan: his total dedication to his work.

In an interview with NewsX, Taapsee talked about how Khan always gives his all. She said, “When you are there no matter what you are doing give your 100 percent. When you are at work or at home, or whatever job you are doing, be 100 percent present there.”

Taapsee mentioned that even when he has many tasks, Khan stays fully focused during rehearsals. She said, “There can be 50 things on his plate but when he is in a rehearsal, he is 100 percent there. He is not waiting that, ‘Ok khatam karo (finish it). Let me go to the next one.’” She added, “When he is shooting, he is 100 percent there for those hours. You will not see that man even moving away from the set.”

Taapsee and Shah Rukh Khan starred in the 2023 film Dunki, which deals with illegal immigration. The film is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and also features Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani. Taapsee will soon be seen in Gandhari, an action-thriller on Netflix India that looks at the strong bond between a mother and her child.
