Priyanka Chopra reveals that her career is being ‘jeopardised’

Priyanka Chopra’s acting skills and work amaze her fans. The actress has worked in Bollywood and Hollywood. The Hero was her Bollywood debut (2003). Priyanka starred in Andaaz and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Since then, she’s appeared in Bajirao Mastani, Mary Kom, Fashion, Dostana, 7 Khoon Maaf, and Dil Dhadakne Do.

Priyanka, who lives in Los Angeles with husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas, recently visited India for work. Priyanka interacted with YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia aka BeerBiceps for his podcast, The Ranveer Show. During their chat, she said people were trying to ‘jeopardise’ her career and take away from her work. Others made sure she wasn’t cast because she was good.

It doesn’t stop her, she said. “I don’t sit and wait and harp on, maybe I will cry one night when an opportunity was taken away from me, but I don’t sit in the s**t. You have to shut off the noise,” said. Priyanka: “Focus on the one person who believes in you. Focus on light, a little bit of inspiration that you might see and that’s the hardest thing to do because you are bogged down by baggage and shackles of people holding you down.”

On the Work in front, Priyanka will star with Sam Heughan and Celine Dion in Love Again. She has Russo Brothers’ Citadel. Farhan Akhtar’s road trip film Jee Le Zaraa also stars her.
