Ranbir Kapoor announced his attendance at the Red Sea International Film Festival and participated in a Q&A session where he discussed some of his upcoming projects. The actor’s upcoming project is an untitled romantic comedy directed by Luv Ranjan in which he will co-star with Shraddha Kapoor. The movie is scheduled for release on March 8 of the following year, but Ranbir hinted that it might be his final rom-com.
When discussing his role, the actor said: “I don’t know it is probably going to be one of the last romantic comedies I do because I am getting older.” The audience applauded him and said, “That’s not true because he’s getting younger,” to this. Over the course of his career, 40-year-old Ranbir has appeared in a number of romantic comedies. Jagga Jasoos, released in 2017, was the most recent.
The actor from Brahmastra, who just recently became a father to Raha, also took some time to discuss the “very exciting” project Animal. Ranbir referred to the Sandeep Vanga Reddy movie as “a crime thriller” and “a crime thriller.” The actor continued by describing his role in the movie as being “quite shocking” and having “shades of grey.” Ranbir added that the movie directed by Arjun Reddy is “something I have never done before.” The actor declared, “More movies now! It is a very exciting project for me.”
