Amitabh Bachchan, an actor, released a monochrome snapshot of himself after going back in time. Amitabh posted the monochrome photo of him with an intense expression on Instagram on Monday.

The image showed a young Amitabh holding a teacup and saucer while gazing into the lens. He was dressed in a dark suit, slacks, and a white shirt. In the photo, the actor also chose a striped tie.

Amitabh said as his caption: “… (rolling on the floor laughing emojis)… once upon a very long time ago … !! Tea ??” Rohit Bose responded to the post by writing, “Eyes always intense !!!”  Gauahar Khan shared an emoji with a red heart and outstretched hands.

“Looks like a superstar Abhishek Bachchan.”a fan commented. Someone else commented,”So handsome look like Abhishek.” One remark said, “I thought it was Abhishek Bachchan,”  “Amazing pictures,” one Instagram user commented. “Old is gold #90s king superstar #amitabhbachchan post.”  a fan wrote.

On Instagram, Amitabh frequently posts old photos of himself. He shared a monochromatic image from his movie Do Aur Do Paanch earlier this month (1980). He noted:  “43 years of 2+2 = 5; Do Aur Do Panch .. what fun this film was .. bell bottoms and all !!! …. Err the bell bottoms were very inviting those days .. went to see a film in a theatre, and a rat climbed into my pants .. thanks to the bell bottom.”

Fans most recently saw Amitabh in the family-friendly comedy Uunchai, directed by Sooraj Barjatya, opposite Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Sarika, and Parineeti Chopra. He will next be seen opposite Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in the forthcoming science fiction movie Project K. He and Deepika co-starred in the adaptation of The Intern.

Ganapath Part 1 also stars Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon, as well as Amitabh. On October 20, Ganapath, a Vikas Bahl-directed film in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Telugu, will be released in theatres. Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Vikas Bahl are the producers of the movie.
