Reflecting on the significance of his character, Johnson emphasized, “It’s so much deeper than a movie to me and I know it’s deeper for Disney, too.” He also revealed that his character's tattoos are inspired by his own, and the role holds special significance as it resonates with his cultural heritage and his grandfather's legacy.
