She continued, “I usually joke and say I don’t have 1 kid, I have 4,” referring to the three bulldogs the couple had behind the tub.

Three months ago, Austin received criticism for bathing her daughter in the kitchen sink before leaving for Patricia Fields’ fashion show. This is evident in Austin’s most recent Instagram photo.

She captioned the Sept. 22 Instagram video of her younger daughter sitting in soapy water and watching an iPad, “The sink is easier when you have to be fast.”

Later, Austin defended her “unconventional” choice to bathe Chanel in the kitchen on Twitter.

“Wow, simply Wow! Here we go once more! On September 25, she tweeted. It went viral to give my little girl a bath in the sink. SMH!

Austin said, “People, you gotta know by now that I’m an unorthodox mother.” I follow my instincts and what is easiest for me. Some people would wish to learn from me instead of berating me!

Austin continued to improve her parenting techniques the following month, telling Page Six that “people have got to say something” about everything she does.

But today, the former “Ice Loves Coco” actor told us in October, “it’s sort of weird to other people.” “Like, seriously? If you’re a mother, you’ve probably given your kid a bath in the sink.
