  • A bunch of Friends fans received the surprise of a lifetime from Courteney Cox!
  • The actress stated she had startled viewers of the well-known sitcom by photobombing their images while they were visiting Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California, where the programme was filmed, in a clip shared on her Instagram account on Wednesday.
  • Cox, 58, began the tape by saying, “I am working at Warner Brothers and I felt this is a wonderful opportunity for me to surprise Friends’ fans and photobomb their photographs.

She then went to hide behind the show’s recognisable orange couch, which was positioned in front of the water feature seen in the opening credits.

Cox interrupted the photos of the fans as they posed for images while seated on the couch.

As was to be expected, when fans received their phones back and discovered Cox posing in the backdrop of their images, they were shocked—some were even moved to happy tears.

One admirer yelled, “It’s Monica!” in reference to Cox’s on-screen persona, Monica Geller.

After showing up again to give them all hugs, the actress interrupted another group photo taken in front of the fountains.

Don’t you detest a photo bomber? Cox asked in the charming description for the picture.

NBC broadcast Friends for ten seasons between 1994 and 2004. Jennifer Aniston (Rachel Green), Lisa Kudrow (Phoebe Buffay), Matt LeBlanc (Joey Tribbiani), Matthew Perry (Chandler Bing), and David Schwimmer also starred in the show in addition to Cox (Ross Geller).

The group came back together for the HBO Max special Friends: The Reunion last year.

The cast shared some behind-the-scenes details from their experience on the show during the special, which debuted in May 2021. They talked fondly of being a part of the popular series as well.

Cox later remarked to her coworkers, “It was an amazing time. “Everything worked out. We became the best of friends solely by virtue of the chemistry between us. Not only for us, but for everyone who watches it, it was and will always be a life-changing event, and that’s such an amazing feeling to have with you forever. I sincerely appreciate all you do, and I adore you all.”

This June, Cox made a reference to her Friends character who was usually holding a sponge or broom when she celebrated her partnership with friend Jenni Kayne for her “beauty products for the home” collection called Homecourt.

Cox exclusively revealed what Monica, who was known for her love of cleaning, would say of her line: “Oh my God, she’d be so proud.” “She would definitely purchase all of this items.”
