Arnold Schwarzenegger will starrer in live-action TV program “FUBAR”

Returning is Arnold Schwarzenegger. In FUBAR, his new action-comedy series that makes its Netflix premiere this spring, the 75-year-old The Terminator star plays a guy on a mission.

In a first-look trailer, the actor displays his well-known muscles while flexing his comedic abilities as a CIA agent whose family interferes with his work.

In a statement about his first scripted live-action television role, Schwarzenegger remarked, “Everywhere I go, people ask me when I’m going to do another big action comedy like True Lies.”

Added he, “Here it is, then. Not simply for two hours, FUBAR will make you laugh and kick your ass. You receive a full season.”

Schwarzenegger portrays Luke, a motorcycle-riding, cigar-chomping agent, in the trailer, and his antics are both hilarious and exciting.

He gives an homage to his well-known Terminator statement by saying, “I’m back, darling,” while pursuing criminals.

Top Gun: The issues arise because Emma, played by maverick actress Monica Barbaro, is both Luke’s daughter and a CIA agent.

They discover that their entire relationship has been a sham and that they really don’t know one another at all, as stated in the logline.

According to the synopsis, “Forced to work together as partners, the series tackles universal family relationships set against a global backdrop of spies, action, and humour.”

In the eight-episode series from creator, producer, and showrunner Nick Santora, Jay Baruchel, Fortune Feimster, Milan Carter, Travis Van Winkle, Gabriel Luna, Andy Buckley, Aparna Brielle, Barbara Eve Harris, and Fabiana Udenio also appear. On May 25, FUBAR makes its Netflix debut.
