 When Gia Giudice awoke in the morning, her only thought was defending her father. Following Joe Gorga’s Instagram post of him reuniting with Teresa Giudice’s ex-husband, Joe Giudice, Gia voiced his opinions in the comments area.

The 22-year-old added under the Feb. 19 video of the two sharing an embrace in the Bahamas, “This is honestly amusing knowing you were with him for not even 5 minutes and we’re able to have somebody record a video of the interaction yet all you have done is speak so ill about my father.” “You are such an opportunist to utilize the once in a lifetime chance to see my father for a post,” I said.

Joe responded by adding, “We both said deplorable remarks about one another. It was a pleasant time. We have a lengthy past. Remove the hatred from your heart.”

As it was deleted and re-uploaded under Joe’s identity, fans began to realize that Joe’s clap-back was first placed under his wife Melissa Gorga’s Instagram account.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey actress, however, clarified the misunderstanding after some people claimed she wrote the tweet on behalf of her husband.

Joe genuinely wrote that, Melissa stated on Instagram on February 19. “He was writing it on my phone while holding it in his palm and was completely unaware of it. I was displaying to him Gia’s remark.”

In his initial post, Joe described the encounter with his ex-brother-in-law, saying, “At the exact same moment, both entered the same pub. There is a lot of history. Since we were children, we have memories. I’m pleased with how healthy and attractive he is.”

Said the 43-year-old, “We were both delighted to meet and catch up. I’m glad someone noticed.”

However, not everyone found the reunion problematic; for example, Joe and Melissa’s daughter Antonia, 17, thought it was “very sweet.” Sons Gino, 15, and Joey, 12, are also parents of Joe and Melissa, who have been wed since 2004.

 When it comes to Joseph Giudice, he was deported back to his native Italy after serving 41 months in prison for a number of fraud-related offences. He currently resides in the Bahamas but has kept in touch with his family in the United States. Gia is one of Joe and Teresa’s three kids; the other two are Gabriella, 19, Milania, 17, and Audriana, 14. Joseph and Teresa divorced in 2020 after 20 years of marriage.

Gia has already defended her dad from her uncle, so this is nothing new. The college student and Joe got into a furious altercation in season 12, which aired in 2022, during which Gia labelled him “disrespectful” for disparaging her father to the media.

The family rift is still going strong a year later, as fans can witness on season 13, which is currently running on Bravo.
