The world of Stranger Things isn’t finishing with Season five. Netflix has officially announced a brand new animated series called “Stranger Things: Tales from ‘85”, set to arrive in 2026.

This upcoming show will take fans back to winter 1985, setting the story between Seasons 2 and 3 of the original series. Viewers will return to Hawkins, in which the familiar group of friends — now in animated form — will face new supernatural threats and find other strange mysteries.

The Duffer Brothers shared that creating an animated series was considered one of their earliest ideas to expand the franchise. They agree that animation permits the team to explore extra adventurous and limitless storytelling.

The voice cast includes Brooklyn Davey Norstedt as 11 and Jolie Hoang-Rappaport as Max, along with others who will help keep the Hawkins storyline alive even after the live-action saga wraps up.

Meanwhile, Stranger Matters Season 5 continues to be streaming. The first extent has earned around Rs 1 billion considering its launch, and fans are eagerly anticipating the second volume, which will premiere on December 25.
