Three Americans were observed dead at a Sandals resort in the Bahamas and a fourth has been hospitalized, authorities said.

Bahamas Acting Prime Minister Chester Cooper said in an explanation on Twitter that police are exploring what is going on, yet entirely noticed that “injustice isn’t thought.”

Police at the George Town station was alarmed Friday soon after 9 a.m. by staff at Sandals Emerald Bay in Exuma that a man was observed inert in his estate, the Royal Bahamas Police Force said in a proclamation to a neighborhood news station. The man was found on the floor of a room.

A subsequent man and a lady were tracked down lethargic in one more manor at the retreat. Police said the man was situated in a restroom and the lady was on a bed in the room.

“The two people gave indications of seizure,” the police official statement states.

Specialists said there were “no indications of injury found” with any of the people in question. A specialist articulated each of the three dead at the scene.

Police said an underlying examination observed that the man and lady in the subsequent manor had whined of a disease the prior night they were found. They went to a clinical office, got treatment, and returned to their manor.

A fourth individual, a lady, was carried to Princess Margaret Hospital in Nassau, as indicated by Cooper. Her condition is obscure.

Every one of their personalities are being kept until relatives are informed, police said.

Wellbeing Minister Michael Darville said he accepts the episode is an “separated case” affecting the four individuals.

Shoes Resorts affirmed the passing, saying in an articulation that a “wellbeing crisis was at first detailed” and neighborhood specialists were cautioned. The assertion didn’t make reference to the one who was hospitalized.

“Nothing is more critical to Sandals Resorts than the security of our visitors,” the hotel said in an articulation. “We are effectively attempting to help both the examination as well as the visitors’ families inside and out during this troublesome time. The U.S. State Department said it was “intently observing” the nearby police examination concerning the passing and stands “prepared to give all proper consular help.”
