Minor rapes 13-year-old girl in India

According to India Today, a 17-year-old guy went into the room of a 13-year-old girl in Gurugram, India, while she was sleeping and sexually abused her.

The boy’s 15-year-old pal reportedly locked the room and stood guard while the accused assaulted the girl.

Both boys were apprehended and brought before a Children’s Court.

The victim’s sister contacted the police and filed a report against the two. She claimed that when the girls’ parents came, they both fled.

The complainant also alleged that the accused had previously broken into the girl’s washroom and gotten away with it, claiming that it was an accident.
