- Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated on Friday that the country has entered the first stage of its post-conflict reconstruction.

KYIV: Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated on Friday that the country has entered the first stage of its post-conflict reconstruction, according to the government’s press agency.
