The final decision on the ICC T20 World Cup 2020 will be made on June 10.

According to the details, the meeting of the International Cricket Council (ICC) Board Meeting related to T20 World Cup 2020 was held today (May 29) through video link.

The majority in the meeting expressed concerns over the governance of the board and the secrecy and sanctity of the board. The meeting also agreed on an independent inquiry headed by the ethics officers of the board.

The final decision regarding T20 World Cup 2020 has been postponed till June 10 in the board meeting while all other issues on the agenda have also been postponed till June 10, 2020.

A final decision on the T20 World Cup 2020 is expected at the next meeting on June 10.

Meanwhile, the ICC has decided to continue talks with cricket boards.

Earlier, The Pakistan Cricket Board and Cricket Ireland have announced the postponement of the Schedule of T20 series in July.

The joint decision by the two boards was taken after the Irish government announced that it would not be possible to hold closed-door matches before August 10, 2020.

It should be noted that both the teams were to play two T20 matches on July 12 and 14 in Dublin.
