The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) has killed four terrorists in an operation in the Mastung area of Balochistan.
According to CTD officials, when the hideout of terrorists was cordoned off in the Dasht area of Mastung, the terrorists opened fire on the personnel. As a result of retaliatory firing, four terrorists were killed.
According to CTD officials, two personnel were also injured in the firing and were shifted to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Suicide jackets, a large number of arms and explosives were recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists.
Last month, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested a key member of the banned outfit in an operation in the provincial capital of Quetta. The accused also confessed to murdering in Sariab while in custody and a bank robbery on Double Road.
