KARACHI: Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited has earned a net profit of Rs928 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, compared with the loss of Rs511 million in the same quarter of the last fiscal year.
According to the financial results shared with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company declared Rs6.5 as the earnings per share, compared with the loss per share of Rs3.58.
The financial results were presented before the board of directors on Thursday. The board recommended no cash dividend, bonus shares and right issues.
The sales of the company increased to Rs21.76 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, compared with Rs6.5 billion in the same quarter of the last fiscal year.
Honda Atlas declared gross profit of Rs1.59 billion for the quarter under review, compared with Rs54.22 million in the corresponding quarter of the last year.
Administrative expenses increased to Rs231 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, compared with Rs147 million during the same quarter of the last year.
