The planets will align in one line before December best meteor shower

The longest nights of the year occur in December, and the extra hours of darkness will bring astronomical events to people of all ages that people of all ages can enjoy without a telescope

The annual Geminid meteor shower will take the spotlight as not only the best meteor shower of the month but also one of the best meteor showers of the year.

On the other hand, Onlookers will need to dress warmly for a cold night in order to enjoy what the Geminids have to offer. The year’s final eclipse will occur in December, although very few people will be able to see it.

Millions of people will be able to watch the other important astronomy events of the month, starting with one that can be seen even from the center of bright cities.

Throughout December, a trio of the planets will align in the evening sky, but the moon will fall in line with the planets on the second Friday of the month.

After sunset, Venus, Saturn, and Jupiter will all be visible in the southwestern sky, and they will all be bright enough to see without a telescope. Saturn will be dimmest between Jupiter and Venus and will be the brightest of the three.
