KARACHI: Muhammad Ziaullah Khan Chishti has resigned as the chief executive officer and director of TRG Pakistan Limited with immediate effect, a bourse filing said on Monday.
Chishti announced his resignation at The Resource Group International Limited with immediate effect. Earlier on November 18, he resigned as the CEO, chairman and director of Afiniti Limited.
The board will make additional organisational announcements in the coming days, it added.
The resignations of Chishti came after Tatiana Spottiswoode, a 23-year-old former employee of Afiniti, detailed a string of allegations against the chief executive to the members of Congress in the US on November 16.
Afiniti also announced the formation of a special board committee to investigate the issues surrounding the conduct of its former CEO and chair.
