ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) heard a case regarding the disclosure of information about the foreign gifts received by former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In a conversation with the Deputy Attorney General, the court maintained that there is no point in keeping a gift by paying a certain amount of money.
It was also advised to carve a policy that the foreign gifts to be deposited in the treasury.

Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the case and said that gifts are not only received but also given back to people abroad. Gifts that go abroad are bought from the national treasury.
The Deputy Attorney General said that he needs time to get fresh instructions.
The court ordered the deputy attorney general to follow the directives of the Information Commission.
